Dave is a retired Marine Corps Infantry Weapons Officer (Gunner) with over 25 1/2 years of experience in leadership development, building cohesive teams, requirements development, acquisitions, and advising at all levels of command within the military and federal government. He has served as a battalion/regimental Gunner, company commander, operations officer, and most recently as the command Gunner within Marine Corps Systems Command and Marine Corps Training & Education Command. He is skilled in government acquisitions, DLA TLS contracts, training requirements, collaborating within the military industry, requirements development, integration testing, and organizational leadership. He is well-versed in analytical problem-solving, people skills to manage programs, and training to increase productivity and quality within any organization.
Dave’s service spans from advising commanders at all levels, leading combat units, and overseeing requirements and acquisitions in support of strategic assets and nuclear security. In his last 4 years, he worked on staffs advising the Commanding Generals, Portfolio Managers, and Program Managers giving him a unique insight into the intricacies of systems and requirements development, integration, program management, and acquisitions. He has worked with the other services Program Offices, SOCOM, and advised hundreds of industry business development professionals, leaders, and companies to better their products in pursuit of government contracts.

Tony is a retired Marine Corps Infantry Weapons Officer (Gunner) with over 24 years of experience, providing executive level subject matter expertise throughout the training and education continuum. Tony has extensive experience in leadership development building cohesive teams and building relationships within the DOD and DOJ. He possesses an extensive portfolio in performance evaluation, quality assurance, and process improvement. Along with effectively demonstrating extensive knowledge in project support, resource management, and training program coordination.
